Let you win

Finally, throwing in the towel.
Hanging up my gloves.
I'm tired today.
Grab my bags, head out the door.
A useless dense game,
I can't no longer play.
I have better things to do
or so I like to believe,
just to keep me sane.
But the doors are locked,
can't leave the voices cheering
for one more round.
I sigh, put my stuff down
and prepare to play this pointless
game all over again.
